General Policy
 
• Item(s) must be returned in original condition and in original packaging including all original
tags, any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Returned item(s) must be unopened, unused, not
tried on, unaltered, undamaged, uncut, and unworn.
• If you need to return an order for any reason please contact the customer service email! No
request in regard to orders and returns will be discussed through any other method of
communication. (social media, text, etc) We will review the request within 1-2 business days and
give you an authorized return number and label. After your return is received it will take 3 to 10
business days to inspect the return and issue the proper credits.
• Customers are responsible for the additional costs including shipping for the return.
• If returned items are not in the same condition as they were when sent, we will refuse or send
the package back to you with shipping charge.
